Great place to do you banking needs. Manager and assistant manager are very friendly and helpful. And tellers are awesome and fast and friendly.

Worst customer service. Go to another branch. Branch manager is on a power trip. If you want proper access to your OWN money, go to another branch or better yet, open an RBC acct.

Slowest service I have ever seen in a bank. Why have 8 spots for bank tellers when you're only going to have 1 (maybe 2 staff) on the floor during the busiest times? On top of that, it took BMO 6 months to correct their error and had to refund me over 150 dollars because not one of the tellers could identify that they forgot to link my savings account to my chequeing account. Is that not the basics for being a teller? Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

Nightmare, do NOT deal with this branch. Had to go there twice to get a cheque certified and it was a difficult task for them. They finally certified the cheque and when the other bank tried to call to confirm the certification they never answered their phone or returned the calls. Super Unprofessional... Stay away

Really, really slow to answer emails or any sort of communication. If you need something done quickly, I wouldn't recommend this branch (or BMO, in general). This is for a current mortgage, so we will definitely not be going with BMO in the future for any houses we purchase.
