Very slow on service, one bank teller just had an issue with me, made me wait 30 mins only not to give me my money even though I provided identification because she thought there might have been fraud on my account! She wanted to call to confirm the transaction And when she couldn’t get confirmation refused to give me my funds

If I could give less than one star I would. Just the rudest service I've ever received. When counting out the money, she kept in pretty much hidden from us and mumbled the whole time,. We asked her to count it out for us and she responded "I just did!" Not to mention she shamed us for not practicing our banking the way she would have liked.

Dont ever come into this branch for any issues. The Branch Manager (Laury) promised me a call back 3 days in a row and didnt return one call. The Assistant Branch Manager Voicemail says out until Dec 17 but its Jan 6 today. The Worse Branch and Bank I have ever dealt with. Going back to TD. Maybe its just this branch but I would never waste my time in here again!! Laury I hope you see this because how you have a job as a Branch Manager dealing with customers BAFFLES MY MIND.

So annoyed with this branch can never get anything right. I asked for my car payment dates to be changed once in the past and I was 3 months trying to figure out what they did to get the wrong dates and now again with this annoying inconvenience for me. Call centres no help either. They also leaked all my info including sin number and address because of hackers. Save yourself and pick a different bank.
