I was served by Taimoor Ali to open our account and he really went out of his way to help us out. We received very good service. If you need to open an account ask for him at this location.

Had a wonderful experience with the lady (sorry I don't know her name) at the welcome/information desk. I had a few silly questions but she didn't bat an eye, she was really friendly and helpful! Great customer service! I also see a financial advisor here who is also wonderful!

I honestly dont know how to not sound rude when I make this review. I am SO tired of coming to this branch for "help". Twice now I've been given the wrong information or straight up just stumped people. I feel like with the advancing technology the people working here are left in the past. I've had to actually phone the number on my card to get the simplest information. For instance my last visit: To accept payment from family in the states I needed a routing number. So I thought of easily get this information with a quick stop! The older lady helping me had NO CLUE what I was asking for!! The other older lady she asked next to her looked just as puzzled and she quickly jotted down the institution number... when I said I knew it wasnt it the lady first dealing with me made a face that clearly said "I'm sorry I dont know". The lady on the phone however was so shocked and apologized more than 3 times about me having to call!
