I think the staff are some of the most friendly, polite and helpful I have ever met anywhere BUT the nitwits that make policy treat long term customers very poorly and take them for granted. That's why my investments are no longer at T. D. There! I feel better.

Manager and the staffs are unprofessional. They should use their common sense. Who will tell to hold their $4000 Cheque? Normally it doesn’t get hold on other branches. Even in this branch one lady did not hold the cheque because she said we always put the same amount. Today the staff hold it without explaining it properly. The manager supported him as well. She could have released at least $500 because we said we r going to Niagara Falls. I will call the head office tomorrow for sure and complain.

My financial advisor for the past 1 year was this smart gentleman named Kruba. He always took time to explain everything to me in details and provided excellent service. He knows his stuff really well and he was honestly really awesome! But I came back from vacation and find out that he no longer works here. He got promoted and moved to a different branch. So I'm rating this branch 1 star because they lost the only gem they had here. They passed my file to someone else who seems like a newbie and doesn't know anything ugh hate this branch now!
