Wait times are normal for a bank but after reaching the teller, you understand why here. The girls are so nice and helpful! Not even my regular bank, but never mind visiting as the experience is always a good one

Easy online booking for appointments. Received Good service from Aadesh Singh. He was very professional and friendly at the same time very Passionate about what he does for customers. Knowledgeable about investment and willingness to help or provide explanation where needed. Location is very conveniently located in close by mall. ATM services are advanced and doesn’t waste paper (environmentally friendly) and gives the denominations you ask for. Staff and location was clean and welcoming. However, sometimes customer service perspective may lack from case to case. Overall, great experience.

There is no Customer Satisfaction at BMO in general..This place made me wait for a month for an RRSP transfer. The Financial Advisor with which I've generated the transfer at this branch left the branch in the middle of the transfer without a courtesy email advising that she is leaving at least...complained to the branch manager who doesn't seem to have any apologies for it...It is all natural for them...I was waiting to get this RRSP rolled into a First time Homebuyers but did not met the deadline. Awful Bank with nothing for customers...That's BMO...

Avoid this location, if possible. Staff are clueless and prone to mistakes, especially when dealing with estate accounts.
