Wait times are normal for a bank but after reaching the teller, you understand why here. The girls are so nice and helpful! Not even my regular bank, but never mind visiting as the experience is always a good one

Easy online booking for appointments. Received Good service from Aadesh Singh. He was very professional and friendly at the same time very Passionate about what he does for customers. Knowledgeable about investment and willingness to help or provide explanation where needed. Location is very conveniently located in close by mall. ATM services are advanced and doesn’t waste paper (environmentally friendly) and gives the denominations you ask for. Staff and location was clean and welcoming. However, sometimes customer service perspective may lack from case to case. Overall, great experience.

Awful Bank with nothing for customers...That's BMO...

Avoid this location, if possible. Staff are clueless and prone to mistakes, especially when dealing with estate accounts.
