Terrible experience here, my wallet got stolen and i went here to replace my debit card, i bought two pieces of ID, but the address on my ID was different due my wallet being stolen with my updated address. I was told I would have to go to my home branch 2 hours away that's the only way I can get a new debit card.

This isn't necessarily a review for this branch but for Scotia bank and their Visa program as a whole. We've been long standing clients of Scotia and have all our personal financial business with them for many years. We're good customers, never any problems from us. Unfortunately a few months ago we were frauded for thousands of dollars and after reporting this incident we were denied help and then we tried challenging their decision, and they have decided they will not help us. We are now on the hook for thousands of dollars. I know our business is only a drop in the bucket for Scotia bank but in a world where competition is steep I know someone else would love our money! Good bye Scotia bank and thank you for NOTHING!!!! If I could give you a zero stars...I would!

Horrible hours. It would be nice for them to post the hours so you can see them from outside. Got out of car and didn't realize they were closed twice now. Once at 4pm and the other at 9:20am. They do have it posted very small inside the branch that you can only see when your in front of the 2nd door that is past the atm's. Why not post it on the outside door like any other business. ???

Wonderful service all around. I have been working with this branch for the last sixteen years and have had nothing but great experience. Strongly recommended.
