The branch rep that helped me open my investment account was amazing. So personable, and made my entire hour there fly by. I almost forgot I was setting up an account. His name was Jacob S I believe, and he's partly the reason I've decided to bring all my banking needs over to TD. I hope all my experiences with TD going forward are as pleasant. He's certainly a great asset to this bank. Thank you!

This is the WORST TD bank I have ever been to in my life. If I could rate this branch less than one star I would. There can be absolutely no line but the wait time to be helped will still be 15-20 minutes (AT THE MINIMUM-this is being generous) God forbid you go into this branch at a time when there is a line. This branch also has the worst customer service reps, they literally hire the worst people. This branch also has a high turn over rate which should show you something.

Financial advisor on this branch was amazing. I went there to get some bank statements. Then I asked some suggestions for my savings account and he honestly said that I have the best savings account. I am going to meet him again as I need to extend my credit card.. Hope to see him again for best help and suggestions.

Very helpful staff and professional. Every T. D. Bank has the best trained employees. Customers first at all branches. Financial advisers highly educated and very knowledgeable. T. D. is the best bank I have ever dealt with.
