I just opened an account there, and I’m optimistic that I’ll enjoy banking here as it wasn’t that busy and the staff was friendly.

Writing Review even though this bank doesn't care what so ever.Bad service right from the teller upto Manager .Even customer rep over the phone are worst most of the time you can't reach them.

What this branch is good at is serving up a frustrating experience. Poor organization and management seems to be rather clear. Aside from the slow teller service what should be simple rather straight forward business transactions are met with blank perplexed stares, I shouldn't need to educate your staff on your line of business products as required for my business.

Worst bank experience. We had an appointment and it look like the employees were already on Vacation. No one seem to know what they were doing. Slow getting called/emailed back. We closed the account and left.

Badly managed branch. It needs a professional manager who can address customers need professionaly. I've been a customer of bmo for over 25 years. The staff here is good but the wait is very long. Only go here if you have time to wait
