I have never had a problem with this bank. They give me the best rates, better than other banks.

If I there is 0 I will choose this. Opening my account in this bank is a disaster. Nobody is answering your phone. I called branch manager, but still can’t get reply for a week! No matter who you called, it seemed like they just don’t listen to voice mail, never! I asked my T5 for a month but the branch still did not get it. The worst thing is I put a loooot of money in this bank but can’t get service! Worst bank ever!

I was 10+ years client of National bank. But finally I have to close all my account with them. If i could give 0 star I would but 1 is the lowest I can give. This is the worst bank ever in my 15 years in Canada life, I lost my RRSP 30% due to fault of the advisor. And the manager Ringo denied and lied to me. What a shame about him being at his age? And I have to file an official complaint to MFDA and the head quarter against the Manager Ringo Ho and the financial advisor, Finally half year passed and I got justified but they offered little amount of compensation. I was extremely sick and tired to hear one more lies that I just don't want to deal with them any more. I feel that I have to leave review for other people. My lost is your gain. They just don't care about your hard working money and they will never admit until you have to file an official complaint.

The worst bank ever. My bank was locked for no reason for over 7 days now. I wish I never opened an account here. Have been back and forth from the bank 4 or 5 times now. I sit and wait while they call add are put on hold. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH NATIONAL Bank. It will be the worst mistake of your life. There is a reason other banks are prospering and this bank is not. They are the worst bank in Canada.
