Customer service is very rude and unhelpful, went there to ask about a letter I got from the HO out of nowhere, the teller told me something that just doesn't make sense. Tried to ask a few more questions, the manager Sherry pulled me aside and told the teller to take care of the next customer. Thought she's gonna help me so continued with my questions, and she's like oh I can't check anything (then why pull me aside?). I don't even know if the problem is or will be solved, the information they gave me are confusing and conflicting, the manager Sherry just said she'll look into it (hopefully) and told me to leave, really made the wrong decision to become a client of HSBC

Excellent service. I went here to open up a chequing account because my dad had asked me to, and it was very smooth. They told me to wait one hour, but I was fine with that, just went around the mall, since I hadn't been there before, I took great pride in waiting and exploring the mall. But afterwards, the lady, Melodie, was able to open up an account quick an easy, it took less than hour, and she even set up online banking for me.

I am one of their client. I did a money order three months ago and they ask me a lot of question which they can find out from my information and they review all the information again. You cannot angry with them because HSBC is under Audit. So all currency exchange, new account all under security review. Nothing to do with this branch is all HSBC in the world.

Absolutely unhelpful, passive aggressive, wouldn't sign as a witness despite me signing at the branch. They are drones with no experience in customer service, including the manager. All I needed was someone to witness a a signature and internally forward the documents to a specific person. They refused to do either task despite my repeated requests and explanation of what I was doing. I'll never bank at HSBC because of this experience.

Visited this branch to open an account. Teller asked me for I. D. Then asked me where I am from .I responeed I am Canadian citizen, is it relevant where I am from to open an account? She then left to the back with my I.D .after five min. She came back stating no one is available at present. The curious looks ,demeanor and atmosphere made ìt blatantly obvious !!!!!
