I have been a customer at this branch now for over 5 yrs...I always get the best customer care possible....I bank often during the week and weekend. The weekend girls are great...always smiling when they see me. They never forget to ask for my daughter and that makes me feel special...thanks for that. They are quick and professional. Keep up the great work girls!

Great experience with everyone at this branch. Always helpful and pleasant. Saturday staff is super friendly and always makes sure everything I need is done correctly. Love this branch

I can say in all honesty that this branch and their employees set the bar on what service and being of service should be and is. They take the extra steps to make you feel important and not just a client or a "number". No matter what time of the day, you will be greeted with a smile from people who really care about you and their job. Thank you everyone from BMO, Gaetano

Bad experience. I sent my husband to PAY for our car loan and THIS BRANCH REFUSED to accept payment because he didn't have the account number. Even though he explained that he always only gives telephone number to other branches and no problem. We just happened to be in this area that's why we did it here. Why do you even REFUSE a PAYMENT???! No other company I know ever refused a payment. It's the same stupid black lady that Trung below me mentioned. NEVER AGAIN IN THIS BRANCH! YOU SUCK! Why is this lady even still here?? She's making your branch look bad.

Awful experience today with Maria. She was cold and very unwelcoming. She did not make any effort to provide a positive customer experience. When the transaction was done, she quietly handed me my money and ignored me while I gathered my things and left. No "thank you" "have a good night" nothing! She made me feel so unappreciated as a customer.
