Had very bad emotional experience with this branch. Was depositing US check in business account and it was over the limit for a clerk, so he called his manager. Manager came and she asked some questions in the manner like I was doing something illegal and "bank taking all the risk" for cashing US checks. Putting 15 business days hold on the money, zero interest and giving me hard time for paying service fees and account fees makes me question if I want to do my business in this branch. I switched to TD for longer hours but didn't sign up for such disrespect and attitude towards customers.

This TD branch informed us today that they do not give out change to customers anymore. The other branches I called have told me that all banks give change and this is what a bank does for their clients. Why is it that the manager said they only give change to business customers? We are TD customers and have been for so long but the manager said they need to save the change for business clients, are other clients not entitled to the same service? Banks make change, where else would provide this service? I am very disappointed with TD for changing their policy to some branches and not others. Where is the consistency? They sent us away without change. Please call me back to explain which branches i can go to for change. Thank goodness we also bank with royal, cibc and scotiabank who gladly provide clients with change. I spoke on the phone later to a woman at the front desk who did not confirm the information given to us by the morning manager. It was inconsistent and she didn't seem happy with my questions, I used to work at a bank so I understand that anyone can work there regardless of educational background but they should all be properly trained. I wrote a letter to head office asking for consistency amongst branches as i went to another branch and they gave me change with no problems.

Very friendly staff. This location has a large client base so yes they busy. The tellers are only as fast as the customer they are serving.

Business service is not up to mark. I deposited about 60 cheques on Saturday morning in ATM as there was a along lineup in the branch. I checked our account on Friday 4 pm on 5th business day and our business accountunt is still not credited. I should check other banks regarding their policy.
