I am sorry. This is my home branch and have to agree with all the comments. The staff turnover is very high. They may a lot of mistakes, even on simple tasks. If you have anything complicated, they are unable to process it without a lot of issues, and then still make errors. I have been avoiding switching to another branch, but unfortunately, now it's just too bad.

It’s quite shocking (and scary) how incompetent the staff at this location can be. It’s my home branch so I’ll visit here often and have come to know the tellers (not in a good way). I have to double check everything because they have messed up simple tasks more than once.

Absolutely amazing branch with great team! The branch manager is always in the floor working directly with his team and the customers. My husband and I recently decided to get a mortgage and due to the circumstances we had to get it ASAP and in a a very short time we were almost sure we couldn't make it. These people went above and beyond (even at their lunch time and their Saturdays) to help us closing process. I absolutely recommend this branch, Highly recommended!!

This branch is terrible. If I could give it zero stars I would! I had to close an account and the teller I dealt with was completely incompetent and rude with ZERO customer service skills or knowledge for her job. I had a service fee that was charged to me in error reversed and she told me that I had to pay if to the branch in order to close my account (which was incorrect). The only thing that needed to close was this particular account but in addition she ended up closing my online access completely (which I still needed to view my mortgage). I called head office to have this sorted it out and the person I spoke to even said that this is an irresponsible brand that does whatever they want. Stay away!. This is walking distance from my home and I'd rather drive across the city to a competent branch no matter how far the drive regardless of the convenience of having this branch so close to my home.

I had an absolutely atrocious experience with this Branch, and more specifically this Branch Manager. After many years of patronage, and many products with Scotia Banks I was forced to move all of my Personal Accounts, Mortgages, and investments to another one of the Big 5 banks. The unwillingness of the Branch manager at this location to work with me on a fair mortgage rate for my most recent purchase was ridiculous. This branch is not what it used to be. In my opinion they need more training, the employees can't learn from a Branch Manager who clearly does not have the interest of his customers at heart. I am sad to leave this branch, as it is convenient and all of my accounts were hosted here. This should give you an idea of how poor the service was, that I was willing to make the very frustrating switch to a new bank.
