I have been an RBC client for years and I have never experienced such professional, excellent assistance. Ms. Rosa Ferreri, the Branch Manager, was helpful from the moment I walked threw the door. She advised me with everything that I required and more! Her compassion and friendly manner made my experience perfect. If it was not for Ms. Rosa Ferreri, I would have left RBC, as she helped me in a way that no other manager has in the past. Her expertise solved all the issues I was experiencing with ease. I wish I could personally thank her. Five stars, I would recommend her to everyone, she is the best.

Tellers customer service at this particular branch probably is the worst I have ever seen in all RBC branches I have dealt with in all of GTA in over 20 years. There was absolutely no politeness in their tone or language used by this rude teller. No thank you or please of any kind from the teller. I am not sure if this was the isolated case only with that particular teller or pretty much everyone at this poorly run branch. Truly pathetic level of customer service! Going forward I will only use their ATM service.

I recently visited a branch at Dufferin and Major Mackenzie and had the displeasure of speaking to the branch manager Rosa Ferreri. I have visited many RBC branches for all different types of banking for my mother that I hold a Power of Attorny for. This woman is absolutely the WORST RBC manager that I have ever come across. She is rude and disrespectful and beyond that she is the least knowledgeable manager. WHY IS THIS WOMAN IN THIS POSTION. She had to ask a teller for advice on how to help me. I don’t normally make such accusations about people but she left the worst impression on me. I would never bank with this bank because of Ms. Rosa Ferreri. Thank you for making my decision about moving to RBC. WORST MANAGER EVER. This woman should be moved to a back office.
