After more than 7 years having business account with them and no hold on regular checks I receive, now e very rude teller and also a rude lady perhaps manager say we hold your check because it’s a couple of thousands more than usual. She easily says go through tellers and cancel all your accounts if you want. Unbelievable. I’ll never leave it like that. You can’t insult me, Doesn’t matter I’m a client for years or just one time.

The absolute worst branch and Banking Institution in Canada. Unprofessional, and lack of knowledge regarding their own process’ and policies. Take this as a fair warning too NEVER BANK AT TD CANADA TRUST!

I visited this place first time today and I don't have enough words to write about ALEX how he was really helpful to my concerns. He go above and beyond for customer's satisfaction and his customer service skills are exemplary to me.

I cannot say enough great words about Mastaneh, the Account Manager Small Business who works in this branch. She is just great and really cares about the clients. She is a professional who takes time to explain important details and always made me feel that she cares about the outcome. I have been with TD for over 15 years now and never experienced such a great service before.
