I have never been disappointed. The customer service manager Kathy I believe her name is has always been cordial and very helpful in handling my affairs. Had to conduct a large transfer and she promised to ensure the branch contacted the right people the following day and she and her staff kept their promise. Excellent service always

I have worked with Nancy - Senior Financial Advisor for several years. She is knowledgeable and returns call within stated time on her out going greeting, never makes you feel rushed. I do not do in bank banking, most of my banking is done online, however, the few times I have had to deal with the tellers my experience has been pleasant. I give a 4 star rating because trying to get through to customer service w/o extension is frustrating. You are automatically redirected to the National Contact Centre.

There never seems to be enough tellers at the desk. I generally don’t go to this location to see a teller though, I just use the machine banking. There are 3 at this location. Careful around the parking area. I find that people are driving faster than they should be around the plaza lot around Scotiabank.

Poor customer service. There is a lot for them to work on here.

I visited this branch 10/25/2018 around 10.30 am. I have to withdraw some money from my line of credit card. They say me i cant do without bank card. But same day i eent other 2 branch they very welcome and nothing ask questions took cash out from my line of credit. I just visited only 2 time both time had bad experiences only this branch. Scotiabank should educate this staff.
