worst customer service ever. The desks are so slow it is actually terrifying, the staffs are extremely rude. The process of each customer is so slow it is unbelievable, to even deposit money it takes 20 minutes for them to process. This branch is a no go.

Amina is judgmental and very uninformative not happy with the her service as a supervisor. Was much happier with the regular clerk that helped me out after Amina ignored me for half an hour. Still will be closing my bank account because of the treatment I received here.
