I applied for line of credit at this branch the financial adviser was a trainee and with no proper observation he filed my profile wrong and checked my credit score , two days later another financial advisor advised me of the mistake he did and he said they need to re open the case with new credit checks I said That after 2 days my credit score has not been changed and they can revise my application without checking my credit score again , he agreed to try !!!!!!!!after a week he emailed me that they cannot proceed without another credit check , he also stated that the mistake is not important and I can forget it!!!!!! I replied that my credit is not a joke in hand of trainees with no proper supervision and it doesn’t make sense not to revise the mistake, I requested them to cancel my application and call equifax to replace my score as it was their mistake, he never replied back

Me and my father had a great experience dealing with one of the financial advisers, Mr Saad. Who took our application midway and helped us get everything done in a stress free manner. I would definitely recommend his services to others especially since he went out of his way to accommodate our work schedules and deadlines

I lost my card and was not able neither to access my online banking nor use ATM so I went to this branch to get a new Debit card but unfortunately I was treated very poorly! Teller simply told me to get it online because it was not available in the branch at the moment! Weird thing to hear at all!
