The tellers are very polite and the service is efficient. I would recommend this branch if you need pretty straight forward services. I stopped going to them for my investments a couple of years ago. I remember they would take ages trying to transfer my funds. I'm not sure what it's like now but I go to the downtown branches for any work on investments.

They said I can cash out only 2000 dollars out of 200,000 dollars from my checking account. Bank got 2000 dollars only? Am I asking their money? They are very rude and slow also.

Extremely poor customer service! Specialist Mr. Wang was not able to understand how I want my funds to be transferred to BMO from another institution though I have explained to him at least 3 times! He raised his voice at me, rude and was impolite. I seek to deal with another person in higher level but was not granted. I feel being treated like trash! I will address this to the branch manager and Investorline. Thank you!

Wish there was a ) rating for this Branch. one time that I had to go to this branch and couldn't make it to my home Branch were I get treated like a client . had to wait 30 minutes to make a draft at the teller counter. no sense of customer service from teller or the management . No idea what was happening in the 30 minutes I had to wait there . been a BMO client for 15 years. never had an issue. excellent rating. but the staff at this branch, well lets say the teller I was involved and the manager that was helping her should be given 0 for customer service.
