Too many issues with this branch, specifically about Nina Iantorno. Nina was my business advisor and there are too many issues to list. I've been with many different institutions and Scotiabank has been the worst one out of all. She put holds on my accounts 3 times within 2 months for no reason. I've called the Customer service and they said there are no notes for the reason why. I called the branch directly and they said the same, no notes to why there are holds. But they told me it was Nina that placed the hold. I contacted her regarding the holds and she said she didn't know why there were holds my account. But I know that was a lie.. There are more problems with Nina, but there too many to list. STAY AWAY FROM NINA!!

Slow service. Nice people.

This bank is the worst one I have ever been to. 2 weeks ago I went to take American money out and it took 15 minutes to get $200. Today I go in to cash my cheque and was told they only do cash back and they don't go by notes on your account anymore. Clearly they chose the wrong person for the job. You want any banking done don't come here. The tellers are nice and all nothing against them but the way they do things will not help anyone at all.

On multiple occasions I stopped by this branch and everytime some inconveniences come up that never comes up in other branches. If you're running a fast paced business and need a good bank and you don't have time to waste, avoid this branch. Branch down the street at Toryork is much more helpful.

I've gone to this branch twice and both times received terrible customer service. They didn't even count the money I deposited. After emailing a formal complaint, the manager called me and rather than apologize, suggested I go to another branch. I will definitely never go to this branch again.
