Literally just exited this location and I'm beyond pleased! Everyone was pleasant and extremely professional. I was very hesitant to enter this location based on the online reviews but quickly discovered that you can't always please everyone.

I was waiting at the line with many clients then we heard screaming between a customer and one of the employees, I don’t know what’s the reason was , but the worst scenario was the employee got support about what she was doing agent the client from her managers and one of them told the client to lower his voice and get out of the branch , and that happened in front of us . I was upset and I told one of the managers this is wrong situation, the customer always right and you are not supposed to handle this matter with her by the way you did and in front of other clients, there are many ways you can follow to solve this issue My concern was why you pushed the customer from the beginning to be upset and screaming, the employee can manage this situation very easy and made the client happy but she didn’t and she got support about what she did from her bosses. I told one of the bosses that I disagree with you about what you did guys against the customer and the way you follow in front of like 10 customers was waiting with me at the line , but she said doesn’t matter it’s your opinion if you agree or not . Honestly I have very bad impression from this branch and what happened to that client it may happen to me as well

Take your banking anywhere but here! Made an appointment with "JULIET" at this branch to set up new user profile. Typically one of the simplest things at any bank regardless of branch location. All they have to do is take a copy of your photo ID, make sure the photo ID matches you, and then stamp and certify it in their system. However, having arrived at exactly the appointment time, they said she's already at another appointment. Fine, waited around for another half hour and she (Juliet) comes out and says she has no idea how to set up a new profile for me. I highly doubt a "Financial Adviser" doesn't know how to set up a new profile, she simply didn't want to take the 5 minutes to complete my profile because the bank account is being set up at a different branch location. Including travel time, wasted an entire hour of my day. Thanks RBC!

No one know what we call customer services. Know nothing how to work in bank environment, it seems less bank more jail. What ever you ask them to do, they would make a perception according to your ethics, and having stupid mind set. Funny part is even you complain to RBC, they do not care, or they are unable to handle these stupid employees. Decided never to go this bank again.
