Excellent service by Catherine Vivona, she helped us in our Bank Account and mortgage application. Her work was on time, quality and absolutely no lags in our process. Highly recommend her and this location for mortgages. 5 Stars for Catherine.

took them almost 2 hours to open up a simple basic cheqing account. weren't given cheques at the time so asked to have them ordered 2 months later still haven't gotten them. keep calling and emailing with no response. called the 1-800 and complained, they told me that chqs were never ordered in the first place even those I was told several times they were. now I have to wait another 2 weeks to pay my bills. got a mortgage here as well, told them 2 weeks in advance my closing date and they still weren't able to transfer the money on time so I had to pay a penalty from the builder for their stupidity. even after all the years and business here still get treated like dirt and have to deal with people who don't know what their doing.

They are changing business hours. As a result they will open on Saturdays, which is great! Even though they dont have as many branches as other local banks, they have the best mortgage rates compare to all the banks in canada honestly!

Opening hours are ridiculous. Never busy so there's no waiting, yet one of the tellers is really rude. And what kind of banks doesn't have money! Apparently, if you want to withdraw or cash $3,000 or more, you need to inform the bank at least a day ahead. And for USD, it might take 2 to 4 days to arrange it.
