How come every branch I call in North York, they do not pick up their phone call. Terrible Terrible, TD & Scotia bank always pick up their call.

Absolutely terrible! In my 20+ years of being an RBC client, I’ve never been treated so poorly. Not to mention I converted usd to cdn and they didn’t give me the correct amount. I had converted it right there in front of them and they said they’re system is different. How is it different when I looked up convert USD to CDN with RBC? Bs!! I’ve travelled a lot over the past 10+ years and never once has another branch charged me extra! I always convert it the way I did at this Rean location.

Unprofessional branch.. If you have any plan to get an appointment with financial adviser there, just forget about it!! they do whatever they want with your account without your permission [they just think about their commission].. they just messed up with my account and applied without my confirmation and after almost 2 years I just realize that I've been rejected and nobody told me!!! I have it in my record FOREVER!!!
