I love this bank branch so far. The staff is very kind and helpful and the manager is also there to help when something goes wrong. One guy actually spent some time playing with my 1 y.o. son while I was getting help st the desk. There is a parking, and a wheelchair accessible entrance.

Went to all of Canada’s big 5 banks today. This was my last stop. I was doing 3rd party deposits. I waited 15 minutes in line. The two other tellers were busy making sales and the manager of customer service waited 15 minuted until another customer lined up behind me. She was sitting at her desk playing with her pony tail pretending she was busy. When i got up to her and told her it was a 3rd party deposit she hesitated and told me i needed to get my 4 cheques certified. As a previous employee of TD and BMO i am familiar with the banking world. When i tried to speak to her regarding this she rudely interrupted me with “again I’m not going to be able to help you”. As a manager you should not be interrupting people nor should you allow for a scene to be caused when there are other customers in the branch. Also she should be the first to jump up to help customers as she is the manager and customer perception is highly important. I don’t normally review banks. However i went to all major banks in the area and this service was horrible. When it comes to RBC as a bank 3rd party deposits are very common and under no circumstances should i be required to certify funds when depositing 4 different cheques. That is $40 it would take me to deposit cheques to RBC meanwhile at every other bank i have no issues. Digital day? Meaning you are trying to advance electronically as a bank and get rid of tellers...how can u do that when you cant even handle day to day in bank transactions. It is no surprise they were surpassed as the top bank. To the manager, hopefully there is someone there that can coach you regarding your attitude and interruptions with clients speaking.

I've been RBC client for so many years and I was amazed to see how unprofessional they are to treat their customers. I had an appointment with an advisor at this branch and the teller was so rude and unhelpful. She spent 5 mins looking for my appointment and giving me very angry look, like it is my fault they can't find it on the system. She was trying to tell me it is probably another branch and I made a mistake. At the end and after waiting another 5 mins, the appointment was with the same branch and somebody else saw me. What a mess.

Very nice staff as a newcomer to the country I was greatly informed by the teller and they assisted me by taking time to explain the use of the atm machine as I was unfamiliar with the machine. I was greeted with a smile each time I use this bank.
