Brave brave sir Robin, rode forth from Camelot; He was not afraid to die, oh brave Sir Robin! He was not at all afraid to be killed in nasty ways.... Brave brave brave, brave Sir Robin. He was not in the least bit scared to be mashed in to a pulp; or to have his eyes gouged out, and his elbows broken; to have his kneecaps split, and his body burned away, and his limbs all hacked and mangled brave Sir Robin.....

Poor customer service + being a dirty sponsor of the big oil companies. Deserve the one star rating.

JP Morgan Chase is the biggest financier of the fossil fuel industry (51 billion dollars in 2020). If you do not want to be complicit in the destruction of your children's future, take your business elsewhere.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Company holds your information hostage to "not inconvenience you" which instead ends up costing you time, money, and reputation with your clients. Customer service would rather chastise you for interrupting their lies than providing an accurate response. For instance, repeatedly telling me that "we send it when we receive it" after I have already pointed out several times that the date generated on the paperwork and the postal stamp have over a week discrepancy, is insulting, and very unprofessional. Additionally, then telling me that was NOT what was said, is like mentioned, an outright lie, insulting, unprofessional, and absolutely abysmal customer service. If something is due a certain day, and has been submitted on that day, which can easily be proved, I should not have to call in and ensure that my documentation has been received. It was received before the due date. I am not satisfied at all with your lack of customer service and the company's inability to actually do something about it. You can't control the mail, but you can control how long the piece of paper sits before physically making it into an envelope, be stamped, and put in the mail. If this is your main method of transmitting information to clients, it's extremely flawed, archaic, and designed to cause your customers to fail. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Poor/terrible support, long wait times (phone and service call), and very slow follow through. Staff doesn't seem to care and do little in actually helping solve problems. We have ongoing issues with issuing their service and would recommend thoroughly checking with other providers. Serious need to invest in better equipment, staff training, following through and more transparency.
