Very Professional and courteous Service always experienced. Ajaney Nadarajah has been a great personal banking associate who has always went beyond keeping me informed about my account. Also branch manager Bardia kolyaei is very humble and provided a great comforting experience !

Well run BMO branch near College Park. Helpful tellers. Accessible for people with disabilities. TorontoLocalGuide review.

Bizarrely bad. I tried to deposit a cheque. The teller could not figure out how to do this, then just stood there for a while. I suggested she call someone. She went and got someone else, who then wandered away, presumably to figure out the problem. After he had been gone for five or ten minutes, it suggested the teller, who was just standing there, see what was going on. She seemed to be having a hard time figuring out where he went. I left my phone number and asked them to call me back when they had figured it out. I got a call about an hour and half later, saying they had figured it out and if I was still in the neighborhood i could come by and deposit the cheque. No real apology and no explanation.

Unfortunately very unhelpful for an issue that was very simple to resolve (ie. being overcharged for my debit plan). When I advised I would be switching to another bank after being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I was not provided any reason to stay. Bye Felicia 👋🏼
