The lady manager that works on Monday morning is very unprofessional. There was a penalty fee charged on my account due to miscommunication issues. I explained to her with logical reasons but she got pretty emotional and very rude. She cut me off while I'm talking. She was very condescending also. It's a shame because the tellers at this location are very friendly. The manager ruins the entire experience. She doesn't know what "customer service" is. Next day, I went to another branch. They solved my issue in 2 sec no problem right on the spot. Avoid this branch at all costs. You have been warned.

I visited this branch in spite of some not so good reviews as a friend recommended the new bank account offers at rbc and it was on my way to some other work. I must say I was mind blown by the informative way that I was guided through the process by David and Sheena at the branch. They patiently explained to me all the different kinds of accounts and credit cards and answered all my doubts. They took care of current and future communication while introducing me to their various products. I would recommend anyone to try the services of this branch.

I went to deposit cash on a Sunday and there were 0 envelopes. I assumed because of that they must have switched over to envelope free deposits but when I went to proceeded through the atms prompts to deposit my cash it asked me to put the cash in an envelope. Now I have to pay my last months rent deposit for my new apartment late.

Worst location I have ever been to. I walked in letting them know that I didn’t lose my bank card but it’s in my bfs car and I couldn’t access it till Friday. I provided my ID for my temp card and let her (Sandra) know I was expecting an E-Transfer and the amount. She told me it takes 24 hours...I sat down called my bf to send the transfer for my root canal that’s across the street. I get back up to withdraw the money since I can’t use my temp card anywhere outside of an RBC. Sandra calls over a superior I imagine, let’s her know the situation, they then inform me they must call to verify the transfer... although it was already available in my account. Moments later call me back to say they can’t verify it, it would take 24 hours, I can try my luck withdrawing it using the atm. My limit was $300 and I asked if it could be raised and Sandra being unhelpful the entire time said there’s nothing she could do, no suggestions what’s so ever. I called customer care and they were able to raise my limit, and let me know that there was no need to verify, the funds were already clear. To Sandra, if helping clients/ customers is not your passion, please rethink a different career path.
