Not helpful manager would release only 200$ bucks for a 6k check. Ridiculous. I'm banking with td for over 2 years. Never had checks bounced. 0 customer satisfaction

This branch seems to change a lot quickly and I never really develop a rapport with anyone which is nice in a bank.

Easily the worst TD in the city. From rookie tellers who don't know how to do basic deposits, them allowing customers to cut lines constantly. Their banking practices are straight out of the 80s

Constant homeless problem plus I went in at 11:30PM and staff were smoking cigarettes past the locked doors. Cleaning staff or NOT I finally figured out the reason behind the musty smoking smell in there. Unacceptable and one of the many reasons I want to leave TD.

The FSRs at this location are terrible. Save yourself the time and stay away, especially from Nasrin who was the most unhelpful of them all. She rushed me off the phone and told me the application was being processed when I called to follow up, only for me to wait a month and not hear anything back. The second time I spoke to her she tells me the application wasn't put through at all, but she didn't know where my files were so she couldn't do anything. I will never deal with this branch again, and will probably switch from TD to a bank who has less dismissive staff and is better with their clients' accounts.
