I had an amazing banking experience with one of the tellers i believe her name was aliya. Really inteligent and smart woman. She helped me with all my needs and had an abosolutely warming smile and attitude. She knows what shes doing. Overall shes my favourite customer service rep at that location. Overall great person to talk to!

Excellent service . Everyone there is nice and pleasant

The ridiculous ratings people put here because they could not get an envelope from the abm machine are pathetic. I have banked here for 15 years. Personal account, mortgage, line of credit and visa card. The customer service staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My advisor, Gina is the best and the manager, Uros also gets top marks. Both have been with this branch for many years. The staff greet me by name as I take the time to say hello. Wake up younger generation. If you want to be served by machines that's fine. Don't whine when the machines don't give a rat's a$$ about you. 5 stars for the staff here. Take a minute out of your oh so busy day and step inside and speak like a person to them. You will be pleasantly surprised. John Ginou

Didn't seem very pleased to give change to a non scotia bank customer. I've been to other banks and its never been an issue but my teller seemed pretty put out that I had asked and said there was a $0.12 charge per roll of quarters for non customers. From now on I'll go to the CIBC on Dundas West where they are friendly and don't charge instead of Scotia where I made them richer than I thought I would 😐 For a person who struggles with feeling like an inconvenience this was a really bad experience.

Out of the maybe 20 times I've been there when it's closed, half that time the entrance to the atms is locked and there are rarely any envelopes there to deposit when the doors are open. I work almost all day times, including weekends, and it's really difficult to get anything done.
