I was told by my Financial Advisor to go to any branch to sign documents digitally. I went to this branch as it was convenient and was met with nothing but incompetence and a complete disregard for service. My advisor explained it was a very quick and efficient process, which he later proved when I met with him as a last resort. The branch had to see if they knew how to complete my request, then claimed they were unfamiliar with the digital signature process. I was surprised that a national campaign would lack training, which it didn't, or that any branch given the opportunity to demonstrate the versatile process to a client left me frustrated and disappointed. Thankfully my Financial Advisor is competent and consistently goes above and beyond to show me how valuable I am as his client.

Great customer service at this branch. The branch manager Omar Youseff is quick to respond to customer's questions, he is very knowledgeable and pro-actively cooperated to resolve a mix-up with our accounts transfer. You're in good hands at this branch, highly recommend.

Very well organized branch Teller services are available. They welcomed me with a smile. They have a small waiting area to do online banking or using internet services. Definitely recommend.

Been coming to this branch for so many years, however lately I had to line up for over 20 minutes for a service that takes a minute regardless of the time of day or the week. Nice people. Understaffed branch.
