The young brown girl at the front desk is cute, i didnt mind when they were extra busy while i was waiting for my financial adviser. They always try their best and go out of their way.

Pretty much the worst costumer service at any td branch I’ve ever been to, don’t come to this branch if you need help by any means they will just look straight through you like you aren’t a valued costumer. Donna at the help desk is rude and inconsiderate and pretty much pointless asking for the manager because he will just come out and look at you like why are you bothering him. I never write reviews but today I made time to share because I can’t imagine someone going there and being treated so dryly on a day where maybe that might be something that pushes them over the edge. Just to insert something positive the van horn location has always been polite and fast service.

Professional, efficient service with a smile. The line can be long, but it moves quickly. I never had to wait more than five minutes, even during peak hours. The lady who sits at the centre booth is sharp as a tack, and can solve most issues without you even having to stand in line. That's the kind of service I look for in a bank!

Andrew Norman, financial adviser, is the best. Always prompt in his replies, and always willing to go out of his way to help me, on a number of issues, not just what directly affect him. Good Job!
