I see they trying to be friendly but the service here is below average, BMO need to pick up their minds of thinking more on the customer side. The computers are all broken down on Monday morning around 10, and nobody can tell what time to be back. Further more, the limitation on ATM is only $800, plus only $5 or $20 available, no any $50, so bad. Although I need 10 $100, but I am okay with 20 $50, but never get a chance.

Long wait to see teller. Not knowledgeable in setting up banking plan. Made a major mistake. Drive thru key pad not protected from onlookers. Only dispenses $50 now that some stores will not want to take. Overall the branch is slipping downhill.

Constantly under staffed. Too long of a wait at times. As a business customer I shouldn't have to wait between 15-30 mins

This location is very tidy, orderly and courteous. Every time I visit, I know I will have all my concerns and questions answered in a timely fashion. Their staff are both knowledgeable and humble. When I asked a question they didn't have an answer for, they went above and beyond my expectations, and actually printed reading materials for me to review with them. It was like having a financial mentor at no additional cost! Thank you Bank of Montreal (1900 Eglington Ave E) !
