Came to open a business account. Lady at the front tells me to wait, and completely forgets about me. I ask her again after waiting 20 minutes, and she finally goes to check to see who is available. She comes back to tell me no one is available until Saturday. I came on a Thursday!

I don’t blame this branch, you will find same unprofessional service on most of their locations. On top of that they don’t have enough branches to deal with customers. Most of the branches have only parking spot for only 5 to 6 customers.

Service is bad, left messages for manager days ago and no return call. I've called a number of times and no ones ever available. Best to bank elsewhere.

This happened a few weeks back. I called ahead to make sure they were open the next day and was told that they would be closed. Mine you, this was about a Thursday afternoon. Rather, odd, but ok, sure. The next day I needed to use the ATM, so I went anyways and found that, guess what, they were open. Not thinking too much about it, I went in, only the find the place practically deserted. Usually this branch is busy because it's too unstaffed and the existing staff are undertrained and inexperienced, therefore, slow. There was no one at the desk for a good 10 minutes, until the teller came in with a coffee and looked extremely shocked to see me waiting. I told her about my situation and what I needed done, as well as the phone call yesterday stating that the bank said they would closed, when they are in fact, open. She seemed dismissive of everything, until the another staff member (I think it was the manager) came in. The teller looked like she was sweating bullets and she started talking in a completely different manner. She definitely looked like she was hiding something. It's possible she was the one who told me the bank was closed. It was just a very weird encounter, but I ended up getting everything I needed done done. So, I'm not sure what happened, but something is not right here. I doubt I'm coming back to this branch.
