There is a real problem that the bank manager is prohibiting women/minorities from achieving career success and growth. This old boys club mentally needs to stop. This bank manager bullies and blocks female staff. Many female clients want to deal with female staff who will identify and understand their needs. You are losing great staff. Wake up RBC and support diversity.

Staff is rude and takes forever. It took over 20 minutes to refill the atm machines at 9:39 am...worse rbc branch.....

There is a serious disconnect between the call centre that books appointments and the branch. Waited for 20 minutes with no one at the front desk and no employee help or viability at all. Had booked an appointment with a business specialist and was met with a personal banking person who while personable knew nothing about what we needed. A 20 minute meeting then took over an hour with only half of our requests taken care of. Seriously considering taking our money out of this gong show

They either are seriously understaffed, or they have a bunch of sloths working for them. The wait times here are ridiculous. I love RBC but this branch is awful.

Worst experience at any RBC ever! I would avoid this branch, long wait times and incompetent tellers.
