Terrible experience, my appointment was booked over the phone and I got email confirmation. However, branch was closed when I went to branch. No one bothered to inform me. I contacted their call center to get branch manager contact information, representative hung on me.

Poor service with no follow up on the issue on hand. Scotia making appointments with the wrong people. Finding out that you are talking to the wrong person and that person spends more time trying to up sell you on something else instead of resolving the issue.

Started going to this bank when I was about 6 years old, so I have being going here now for 25 years. I love it. I am in there all the time. Any chance I get to skip the banking machine I will to go in and see the staff and catch up! I do all my personal banking with them.

I live in the Bayview area and I drive 30 mins every week to do my banking downtown. This branch has the worst management I have seen to date. The lady is racist and treats her employees like scum I have never been so upset in my life this is absolutely disgusting. (She had no idea I was in the branch I was sitting drinking coffee at their stand in the corner.) Scotiabank really needs to renew their manger this is appalling.
