If I could give this branch 0 stars I would. I have never witnessed customer service so poor. The "assistant manager" Andrew Knight is more sassy and rude than a 13 year old girl. He genuinely enjoys giving attitude to customers, and looks for a rise out of his coworkers- I guess it makes him feel important? I will never return to rbc again- someone like this has no place in a customer service position.

Oh look another toxic review. What’s with the 5 stars? That’s not very toxic! No, a 5/5 rating isn’t toxic at all. Because the staff at this branch are awesome and deserve a 5/5 AAA ham sandwich review. To clarify: RBC deserves zero stars for their trash policies that erode your hard-earned money with fees, holds, and debt. Who gets the perfect 5/5? Specifically, the employees and management at the Woodbine/Danforth branch. When faced with an issue or setback, if you keep your cool and treat employees with respect, this team will go the extra mile to find banking solutions that work for you. This team recognizes that earning your trust is what adds real value to your visit at the branch. So next time you’re triggered enough to take the time to post a spiteful review, instead, take a breath, collect your thoughts, and try to find a real solution with the staff who are there to help. They’re there for you, and probably hate whatever cheque hold or service fee you’re dealing with as much as you do. So team up, solve the problem, and stop spreading infectious word poison like a decent human being instead of slinging a passive aggressive trash review at an easy target who’s unable to defend themselves from your vitriolic tilt. TL:DR Hate the banks, not the branch.

Tellers are polite and professional , personal bankers and assistant manager are aggressive, rude and totally unprofessional . The assistant manager has no business being in business . He was sarcastic , made ubsurd faces and through a hissy fit, reading these reviews it seems to be the norm at this branch .

not bad, however the staff could be more helpful and polite

This is the worst I have ever been treated by any company let alone a bank! I actually have closed my account and moved to TD witch I NEVER have ANY issues with. Walking into this bank after a long day of work was my worst nightmare! DO NOT GO HERE!
