worst experience ever i had at TD branch level for over 15 years, and i really feel shameful being a td former staff when i went there with my wife today... my wife was like "you seemed owing that guy a lot of money why he was giving you such an attitude all the time" ; the customer service manger Cosmo has no clue what good customer service is, cold face, no greeting, no eye contact, most importantly he provided wrong info. i guess he must have a very bad day if not worst in his life, otherwise this kind of person should never being used at branch level serving customers

Went in on Saturday to open savings account for my 16 year old daughter. Was told we needed to make an appointment. Came back on Sunday for the appointment. The rep we met was condesending and uninterested. He told us that because she already had one account (a youth account) she needed a driver's license or passport to open another account. She is just 16 and hasn't got her license yet and her passport is expired, so no luck there. He told us that even with a passport, all she would be able to open is another youth account, not a savings account. Asked about opening an account under my name and add her to the account, he told us there were risks to doing that, like fraud. Really?? We left, my daughter confused and discourages, me furious. Time to find a new financial institution!!

The other reviews aren't joking- the tellers here are fairly incompetent. Find another branch.. there's tons around.

Probably the worst customer service experience that I have encountered at TD for the 20 plus years that I have dealt with them. The manager Cosmo had no interest in helping customers, in addition, he provided inaccurate information which caused more headaches/inconvenience for customers. I think it's the complete opposite of what TD stands for. I would be happy to provide more details.
