I have a student line of credit which requires annual proof of enrollment, which I provide every year in the form of a letter from the graduate dept at U of T and every year without fail they put a hold on my account claiming that I have not provided proof of enrollment. Pure incompetence.

Was a great bank for the past 5 years for our small business. Since the changes in MANAGEMENT were made it's become increasingly impossible to deal with unless you are lucky enough to deal with the previous staff that aren't there as often. Things that were fine for 5 years are now problems every single time. We now make the additional drive to the to the commerce drive branch where things are fine. Be warned and forewarned before you choose a home branch.

The customer service is very frustrating. Just wasted my time trying to deposit a business cheque which was missing "Prof. Corp." at the end of a very distinguishable business name. The tellers there are usually great, but the Manager Susan, was very rude and unsympathetic regarding the issue. This bank has deposited my business cheques many a time without issue, with the missing "Prof Corp". The manager had no interest in resolving the problem, then again looks like she was heading home, and didn't want to spend any more time assisting a 30 year customer. I am seriously considering a new bank to deal with, very disappointed with this manager's attitude.

Mr Haywood opened a new account for me and he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He was courteous and very friendly. A very good representative for TD.

We are a small business that has banked with this TD for over 16 years. In the last month, not sure if due to change of employees or managers, but they have been deplorable in their customer service for long time clients. Rude. No compassion. A small business has a certain way of running in order to stay standing. This bank enjoys taking the clubbing stick and smashing their loyal customers to a pulp.
