I really value my personal time. These guys don't care what I value. Very unprofessional. Withdrawing money from my friend's account (I'm a signing officer in the company) seem to such extremely difficult task. This wasn't the case in other branches...As a result I've just wasted 40 mins of my free time that I could spend elsewhere enjoying my life...

Please be aware! Stay away from this branch. It is under poor management! Do not waste your time, there are always line ups, and the old staff have been replaced by unexperienced new ones. The new design is terrible and you have almost no privacy from other customers. This has to be the worst bank branch I have ever visited. I'm never going back again.

They continue to flounder, went in and tried to open an account for my son, poor teller kept getting passed on by agents in the office. Full of non serving clowns. Walked into Scotia Bank next door and had it set up in 10 minutes. Go to Scotia, ask for Samantha!

Helpful staff, friendly manner and quick service. The physical arrangement in this branch is very optimized and made a different banking experience for me.

I would not recommend this as your home branch. They only do well at the very basic stuff. if you ask for anything out of the ordinary they confer and come back 10 minutes later telling you they don't know or can't do it.
