The worst Scotiabank branch I have ever visited. My previous financial advisor moved to other branch and they just changed my financial advisor (I can see from my online banking) without notifying me. I asked my previous financial advisor's contact information. A lady lied to me that my previous financial advisor changed her position and they don't have her contact information. I had to get the information from call center. I asked this branch 10 times to remove my financial advisor from this branch but they rejected to do so. I had to ask help from call center but this branch still dismissed my request until I wrote letter to the president office. This simple request wasted me so much time. No regret, no apology. This branch didn't solve any problems but added many troubles for me. AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COST!

I approached the branch to open a bank account and as proof of address I presneted the mobile bill which was printed at home. Staff said the document does not seems geniune and not comfortable to accept it. He added we open an account but freeze it till providing your other bank statement of account. ( he didnt use his brain by asking to log to your account for verification of document) I went to their manager told him your staff saying its not geniune means I forged document. He being a manager trying to normalize the situation said you know in Fraud cases people bring online statement !!! I logged in my online account showed him the statement and decided not to open account there. Poor customer service and professional knowledge.

I’ve never had a good experience at this branch. I was forced to go their office of the President due to their lack of communication. They are very racist, my sister is a black business owner and they told her they won’t accept her because they don’t trust the nature of her business. Btw, she’s a food caterer the rep at Scotia asked “how did you come across a cheque this big?” Very rude, very racist.

is there 10 stars? If you go to this branch you will get exceptional service, although I must leave a clear notice Natasha Ronaldson is absolutely a clerk that you want dealing with your business. She is informative, cross branch information expert and she is simply very helpful. You are lucky to have her on staff. Cheers to Scotia for employing people that are effective and have integrity - SAME at my home branch - I love them!!
