No tellers, but now that one of the 5 ATMs dispense $100, I don't need to go to a teller to keep my wallet thin. 1 ATM is inside the branch, but not clearly visible what it dispenses while waiting for the other 4 ATMs in the entrance. Staff was able to increase my ATM limit to access additional funds when I needed. I use my phone for most banking needs, and CIBC has the best Online banking and Mobile Apps.

This was a really good branch, but since they took the tellers out, I switched to the other CIBC in Newmarket/East Gwilimbury location.

I had the worst experience at this specific CIBC branch. My card was not working, I came into the branch and explained to the front teller that there was something with my card. It took them 2 hours to figure out WHO i was and why my card wasn't working. Turns out my card was just expired. Even then it took another hour for them to issue me a new card

There are no tellers at this location. It's a big bank with empty spaces and some couches for you to relax in, in case you get tired of waiting for mom existant teller

The bank was 'renovated to a digital bank' therefore you can't do anything, unless at the machine. 1 teller that does not have cash drawers & cannot to even the basic requirements of a bank teller. I was at this bank over 30 minutes waiting to get a replacement debit card, which the teller was confused how to do. Asking me what my PIN was!! Large line and majority had to leave after waiting forever because they were told the teller doesn't have a cash drawer or anything of use! This use to be my favorite bank location. I've been with CIBC for years and it looks like it's time to rethink other banking choices.
