5 stars for Lennox and Elena and all other tellers! Every single time I do banking at this location everyone is so courteous and pleasant! I have noticed so many of the staff members have left this location which is sad .. I do think staffing is a major issue and needs to be addressed .. Thanks for all the hard work !!

The only good thing about this branch was Lennox. Now that he's gone the service is bad. All of a sudden there are new "policies". Basically a way for them to do less work.

Very convenient location and usually many knowledgeable tellers to help you. Considering where it is, long wait times shouldn't be a surprise. Every time I go to this bank I have questions that are answered above and beyond. If you have a little patience this bank is everything you could want.

Everytime I come here I have to wait in line forever even if there’s only one person ahead of me. Their tellers are super slow and don’t care.

So if I could give 0 stars, I would! Large 'teller' staff turnover at Upper Canada Mall Branch; Nov. 19/16, Teller Manager on duty did not extend "courtesy" and did violate my banking "privacy". When I asked to go somewhere "private" to discuss banking matters, the Manager took me to a glass enclosed office directly in front of customers in the line-up. The Manager sat down, but did not offer me a seat, (left me standing the whole time); and left the door open while my "private" banking matters were being discussed in front of customers and tellers. I was so embarrassed by the whole ordeal and vowed never too return. Bottom line, if you could care less about your "private" banking matters and enjoy being made a public spectacle of - by all means this place is for you!
