TD Bank breached my privacy twice. They exposed my account to another party for over 3 years. Furthermore, they gave my bank statements to the same party without my consent. It is a nightmare! TD still can not face their misconducts honestly with these breaches. You definitely don't want to be the next victim.

Decent branch, but only open Monday to Friday, which seems silly. Tried to deposit some cash in the machines that were open and it couldn’t handle more than one bill at a time.

I've a basic chequing account which is supposed to be $3.95 / month but the hidden fees add up to an average of $15 / month. Familiarizing myself with the long list of rules is useless as they change them every few months. They once charged me an overdraft fee of $35 because my account went -0.30 cents after they withdrew extra hidden charges. I often find small charges to my account that TD Employees cannot explain. They held $500 of my cash for few months with promise of a prepaid credit card. I had to spend an hour in person at the branch to get my $500 back and still no credit card.

Love this branch. Great Staff and friendly service. Sometimes lines are long as staff talks to customers to long but then again that is what makes great customer service. Open till 6pm on weekdays and closed on weekends, wish it was open a little longer and open on Saturdays as my husband and I rush to the bank on Fridays after work and if we don't make it, we have to go to one of the other locations on Saturday and when you do not have a vehicle it can be a pain. Other then that, glad I made them my branch :D

Total morons! A co-worker had his cheque in his CIBC account the day they received it. It's going to take these idiots a week to accomplish the same thing.
