Very frustrating to deal with this bank. Regular turn over in staff ensures you never speak to the same financial advisor twice. When you try to set something up with an advisor, it never is set up correctly....requiring another visit and meeting. Lastly, Is it so hard to have someone answer the phone at the actual branch? Instead, you get kicked to the Canada-wide support. Not Useful!

Well kept, clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Had a horrible experience with this branch for the first time. The teller (Jordan) was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.

Usually this bank is great. However they are now treating me poorly and holding cheques on me for 30 days that they have cashed from my fiance in the states already numerous times. Disgusting trans phobic manager to go to a tellor that knows me and did not hold the cheque to demand he put it on hold after she had a heated argument with me.

I have been with Scotia for almost 5 years for my mortgage. My initial experience was amazing! The gentleman (Mike) was so helpful and answered all of my questions. Upon renewal, I found out he was promoted and was passed on to someone else (well deserved for him). She was absolutely not a good fit for the job. It would take days to get a response, we had to go in numerous times for the same thing, information was lost, etc. She was promoted (which I found out by reaching out to someone when I was not getting a response by voicemail or email) to yet another associate. He was helpful and understood my frustration. And again no response from voicemail or email. To find out that he is no longer with Scotia. I am a pretty understanding and patient person. People getting promoted or leaving for other adventures happens, However, I would expect the person taking over the file or a supervisor would at least call and notify the customers as we are dealing with a lot of potential money. I am sorry to say that I will be looking for somewhere else to bank and renew my mortgage. Extremely disappointed!!!
