No cash on hand in the branch and no option to get $5s or $10s out of the machine. Other banks have the technology to let you pick your bills, but until then it would be nice to have the option to get change at the bank.

Only ever use atm. Not my main branch. I understand its hard when you have an area open to the public during hours when no one is there. Ive seen a security guard at times no one is having issues. The herassment from people asking for money directly as you take it out, is uncomfortable for me, a 31 year old man. Almost came to a real issue 2 nights ago. Considering elderly people, young girls, may want to use your atms at night.... i know its not easy but, do you want to have something horrible happen before you make a change?

IIhad worked with Reza and Stephanie from this branch. They were both very patient and addressed my request/concern very efficiently. The only reason that I don't give a five star is that the branch never answers any phone calls, I have tried calling them more than 5 times in different days and different times, I could never talk to them.

3pm and they have 2 tellers... figure it out. Also are the teller paid to shoot the ahit while there is a line or are they paid to do the job they were hired to? You know like deal with customers. Always a huge line due to lack of tellers.....

Although the service providers are friendly and accommodating, but being this branch is understaffed there is always long and slow waiting line.
