Alvaro the manager is very efficient and intelligent and he is empowered to help you. He is my go-to guy for everything that I need help with especially investing and he’s excellent with explaining and understanding what’s required.

Customer service is more than excellent, they have good offers to save and buy.

Don’t come here unless you enjoy waiting a decade so do any form of banking. Tellers chat and laugh and giggle with each other instead of helping a massive line of customers. Omg. Awful

The staff have been good but just recently I showed up with a few minutes to spare but they had already locked the doors. I showed them the time and they did not seem to care. It was important that I get to the bank. If you say you're open till 6 on Friday then stick to it! In fact 6:05 is best for customer service.

We went here to open a bank account and were asked whether we were interested in a financing option. We said no, and explained why it definitely wasn't an option for us. We then received a phone call the next day from someone who wanted to discuss this financing option with us. They said the representative at the bank had passed on our details to be contacted about this. Pretty awful considering we explicitly discussed why it wasn't an option for us. We're never coming back here; now we go to the King St Waterloo branch, where staff have always been very friendly, helpful, and trustworthy.
