My father when alive banked here so his banking is still here but try talking to any one at this branch about how incredibly inconvenient it is and now they have machines at the parking lot. I guess they want me to change banks. Oh thanks for sending my Visa card to the wrong branch.

This bank is the worst bank in Canada, I am with few more banks and non of them ever has this bad of a customer service over the phone, it’s almost impossible to get a hold of someone that is actually in the branch, if you are transferred to someone at the branch your call will always go to their voice mail and there will be no answer, and people who work for them off the branch and answer calls put peoples calls on hold for 15 minutes or more. Never bother to call this bank for help with anything because they won’t be helping you they will just put you on hold and then hang up on you, happened to me and my family members many times!

Went there to do several banking jobs in one session. Got to the clerk after a couple of minutes. Laila did a great job and everything was done quick and correct. Supervisor was also very accessible and responsive to smooth the process.
