Went in earlier today to get a copy of a statement related to my account. Very cleary stated the period of time and which account I needed the info for. Clerk ended up giving me documents for the wrong account. Was then given a document for the correct account, and promptly left to try and make it to my bus for work, which I ended up missing due to waiting in line + the delay. (My fault for thinking it wouldn't take 20m to get one print off.) Finally got a chance to take a look at the document I have on hand, and this one is ALSO incorrect - it's a for maybe a week of activity, when I repeatedly asked for the full month. All in all, I ended up wasting over half an hour and being late to work just to have a piece of paper to recycle. I will have to go out of my way to get to another branch in order to attempt and retrieve the correct documents. Pathetic.

This branch is by far the most willing and able to help escalate any questions you might have. Managers are readily available to answer questions and concerns above a tellers knowledge. Hypothetically why a check may be non negotiable and steps you can take to rectify this. They have offered me products but none of them seemed unreasonable for my situation. They also seem to take a firm no as a signal of disinterest in their sales pitch! Mr. Chamber's their customer service manager was recently very helpful to me.

This is an excellent branch! Chris; thank you for taking the time. Customer service at it's finest! More than willing to help, was understanding and sweet! Great presence, really went above; it was not much to really do, but it was his time I appreciated that he took, really quite nice; when at a financial institution. He stamped it! Lol. Td- Tremendous dedication, that's Chris! Thanks again!

Absolutely unbelievable experience. Supposed to go home and see my family and need to apply for a passport but can't do so without a working card. I lost my card along with my ID, came in to get a new card with my birth certificate and SIN number (all that I have) that a TD employee had told me HERSELF over the phone earlier that I would be able to use those as acceptable pieces of ID. After coldly questioning me, and telling me that they don't accept SIN number anymore(?) they grudgingly agreed to give me a new card. Upon verifying my pin, which I haven't changed literally ever, they told me it "doesn't match up, there's nothing we can do". When I asked what this other apparent magical PIN number is, they said "it doesn't show". How does that work?? Did a magically PIN fairy put a new one in????? I was clearly incredibly upset and stressed and desperate for something to work out, or that they could make a small exception for a regular customer and instead I was met with no sort of compromise. Despite telling them my situation both the teller and manager were rude and not phased. Thank you for not bothering to help out a very distressed customer over a mistake that is not my fault. Would love to know where this other imaginary PIN number that I somehow created in my other life came from. Bravo.
