Was difficult to open account here, they had no appointments free for so long that I had to go to the branch in Superstore, I Should've went to TD down the street. But I went in at 11PM one night and was immediately startled by a homeless man sleeping on the floor where the bank machines are.... Not OK

If I could give zero stars I would. The real problem is is the homeless man they let sleep in the lobby and accost customers while allowing him to keep his things inside the branch next to the coffee machine. He’s always in the lobby asking for money and he stands very close and gets in your face and spits when he talks and is always sick. I told the one employee what happened and she looked at me blankly until I told her it is the banks responsibility for providing a safe environment for its customers..... I overheard her say he’s our friend to a coworker when she came back inside asking him to take his bags. Well I appreciate the gusture why is this allowed in a bank to start with? IT IS A BANK! To the employee I spoke to... If he is your friend lady why don’t you get him help?!! Come on lady!!! This isn’t helping him by allowing him to beg inside the bank for money. He needs help and allowing him to stay in your bank is fine I just will take my banking elsewhere. Terrible service and lack of care for a finicial institution, this is the 6th time I have seen him there in three months and I know it is cold and everyone needs somewhere to go but why doesn’t the branch pitch in a actually make a difference in his life instead of letting him beg from the customers of BMO. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH.

Terrible customer service. Person after person not knowing answers and constantly asking others for basic questions of banking. Told one thing by one person and the next tells me something different. Very rude to clients. Last week opened 10 minute's late while 4 employees were chatting behind the desk and clients waiting to get inside. I would give this branch a 0 if I could.
